Tabitha is amazing!!!!!! One evening we contacted her regarding the sale of our home and the very next day she was at our home. She was super prepared when she arrived. She had brochures and info regarding current homes sold in our area and other statistics. She was super kind and friendly, understanding, considerate, knowledgeable, and not pushy. She explained the entire process and answered every single question that we had. Within no time the photographer was at our house taking pictures with both a camera and a drone. The pictures were amazing made us not want to sell the house, hahaha. Our house sold for the asking price within a week and its our understanding that it was the first house in the development that sold for the highest amount. The housing market is obviously very tough at this point and after looking for the perfect house we decided building was our only option. She helped in many ways and asked the tough questions and pushed the builder on time frames and delays. When the builder attempted to say we didn't have time for a final outside inspector before close she was like a shark. She forced the inspection and we would have never known that the AC wasn't working to par until it got really hot. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Tabitha Clark if you are buying a home in the Tampa area and especially if you are an out of state buyer.
When we were looking to move to the Tampa area from Wisconsin, Tabitha went the extra mile to view homes on our behalf and send detailed videos regarding the surrounding area, and all the the interior portions of the home including any smells or items we could not really “see” on video.
Her negotiation skills and guidance through the offers process was top notch.
If I look to move again to the Tampa area she would be the first realtor I would choose to partner with on a new home purchase.
