We moved to Florida from Iowa and Tabitha was recommended by my brother and his wife who also went with her.
The housing market is obviously very tough at this point and after looking for the perfect house we decided building was our only option. She helped in many ways and asked the tough questions and pushed the builder on time frames and delays. When the builder attempted to say we didn't have time for a final outside inspector before close she was like a shark. She forced the inspection and we would have never known that the AC wasn't working to par until it got really hot. Definitely recommend.

Tabitha is young so we were quite skeptical at first, but man does Tabitha go above and beyond to help you.
She literally showed us so many homes as we are all the way in another state, and did not sugarcoat anything just to sell us a house. She would tell us the negatives she thinks the house has and the positives and then would let us give our opinion. Extremely helpful, drove so many different places for us to find a house we love. Just an excellent real estate agent, she really cares about the client and not just making some commission.

From beginning to end she was super responsive and so knowledgeable. She sold our condo in 3 days with multiple offers even with similar units in our complex for sale at the same time. She helped us navigate the offers as well as a post occupancy. We have sold our unit and she is still checking in to see how things are going. Tabitha is organized, efficient and thoughtful.

!!!!! One evening we contacted her regarding the sale of our home and the very next day she was at our home. She was super prepared when she arrived. She had brochures and info regarding current homes sold in our area and other statistics. She was super kind and friendly, understanding, considerate, knowledgeable, and not pushy. She explained the entire process and answered every single question that we had. Within no time the photographer was at our house taking pictures with both a camera and a drone. The pictures were amazing made us not want to sell the house, hahaha. Our house sold for the asking price within a week and its our understanding that it was the first house in the development that sold for the highest amount. We moved to Florida from out of state so we had no idea about the different areas so we were specifically looking for a Florida native to guide us.
We ended up finding Tabitha and she was just that! We looked at more houses than I'd like to admit (I'm very picky) but she never gave up on finding us the perfect house. When we finally found it, she was consistent with reminding us of upcoming deadlines and just making sure we were on top of what we needed to do. Our overall experience with her has been nothing short of amazing and I would def choose to work with her again as well as recommend her to anyone who is looking for a native as their realtor!
